Bright Ideas:  Bright Ideas are your suggestions for how we can do things better.  Suggestions can be submitted directly to HR or you can place them in the suggestion boxes located around the facility.  So what are your Bright Ideas?

Employee Assistance Program:  Garden Park offers an employee assistance program (EAP) free of charge to all employees, including PRN.  The EAP is available 24/7 and is free and confidential.  Your dependents living in your household are also available.  The EAP provides telephone consultations and referrals for depression/stress, alcohol/drug abuse, childcare needs, legal and financial assistance, and other challenges you may be facing.  Take advantage of this free resource.  Their number is 1-800-434-5100.
